POWR Lithium Corp. engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in the United States and Canada. It holds a 100% interest in the ELi lithium project, which includes 26 unpatented mining claims situated in Eureka County and Nye County, located in Nevada, the United States; and the Laroque lake project comprising 1,820 hectares in the Northeast Athabasca Basin, located at Laroque Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada. The company was formerly known as Clear Sky Lithium Corp. and changed its name to POWR Lithium Corp. in January 2023. POWR Lithium Corp. was incorporated in 2018 and is based in Vancouver, Canada
